This book is the real time history of my life; The raw and uncut version including my childhood being raised by a single mother, some of the most heartbreaking relationships I've endured, lessons of pain, betrayal, deceit, insecurities, and vulnerabilities. It took traumatic experiences to break the pattern and unlearn the viscous abusive cycle I was giving life to within my relationships, friendships, and self identity. It is the hope and truth I now have living in faith that I was able to find myself, learn who I am, and know that my past does not define who I am becoming. Instead it is the fuel to my purpose and reflection of wisdom I've grown from to continue moving forward to love myself holistically.
