Produced from 316 (marine) grade stainless steel. 3"x 3"hinge size, ideal for cabinet doors,hatches and a wide variety of uses. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, perfect for harsh environments such as yachts and boats. High quality finish with five countersunk fixing points for DIY installation. ---------------------------------- Hinge Installation Advice You will need a few simple household tools for a quick and easy installation: A Drill, Tape Measure, Pencil, Screwdriver and Screw Fixings. We have used no.8 size countersunk cross head screws, Choose your Countersunk Screws to suit the depth of mounting surface. Step 1: Remove the cover caps from the hinge. Step 2: Using a tape measure and pencil, mark the centre points of the fixing holes of your hinge. Drill pilot holes to accept your screw fixings and fasten your hinge into place with the fixings of your choice. Ensure that all countersunk screw fixings are flush with the hinge surface, providing a flat surface for the hinge cover plates. Step 3: Simply remove the adhesive cover on the back of the hinge cover plate. Step 4: Replace the hinge cover plate and press firmly into position.
