We ship out healthy aquatic animals but when dealing with live animals and shipping things can get unpredictable. We suggest using at least a 5-gallon tank with an air stone set on low to medium. We suggest feeding them dry active yeast mixed with water. Only a few drops every few days. You basically just want to cloudy up the water a bit. Be careful not to over feed. We also sell triple filtered rainwater starter with algea, which is a great booster for daphina and your tank. We do not suggest feeding the daphnia spirulina.
